"FUEGOLAMENCO" is a work for a brass quintet. It was written in 2022 and won the 2nd prize at the IX International Composition Competition SBALZ Festival 2022.
The work is about 2 minutes long, inspired by the cross between the element of "fire" and the Andalusian dance, the "flamenco", integrating the sensuality and strength of this dance with the power and light of the fire.
It is a short-lived work, which can be used as the opening or closing of a concert, but full of energy and rhythmic plurality.
